Down Syndrom Walk for Jayden - Oct 2010

In October we did a walk for Down Syndrom's Awareness. A very good girlfriend of mine has a beautiful little boy with Downs. It was so great to be able to be a part of the walk and spend time with friends and family.

One Year Anniversary - September 2010

For our one year anniversary, we were able to have some alone time at our brother's cottage in MI. During our MI trip, we were able to see the Michigan Wolverines cream the Connecticut Huskies 30 to 10 with our friends Justin and Tracy.

And of course, there was the top of our cake which we tasted a year after wedded-bliss. :)

Jen's 30th Birthday

This post is late and was skipped.

For my 30th Birthday, I went to a Sushi restaurant in Chicago we've been going to for the past 5 years on my birthday - Butterfly. It was quite yummy as always. My present from Bob was a surprise trip to Puerto Nuevo, just north of Puerto Vallarta. This trip was extremely relaxing to the point we hardly did anything outside of reading our books, laying under a cabana, and sipped on drinks.

Canada Visit - June of 2010

My cousin Lori-Ann and Landyn were married in Canada on June 5th, 2010. We had a great time at the wedding and seeing the Meyers Family.

Our Newest Family Member - Maizey Grey

We opened our home to a little black lab mix in May of 2010. She was born the end of February and was rescued from a field with her brothers and sisters. The pups were in such bad form they were almost put down until a rescue foundation: Almost Home saved these pups. We are so fortunate they did because we just love our little Maizey Grey. (Gotta love both the Wolverines and Bucks!) She's just over 3 months old right now and is so much fun. We have a lot of training ahead of us, but we are loving life right now. :)

She won't be this little for long. Pretty soon she'll take up the whole seat!

St. Lucian Honeymoon: Sept 6th - 20th 2009

We had such a nice honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it. We drank champagne and lots of fruity drinks, ate like kings, played on the beach, bought fresh mangos from a local market in Castries, tried our luck at fire eating, took walks on the beach and a tour of the island, went snorkeling (twice!) and saw the Grand Pitons. We had so much fun on our tropical honeymoon.
